Alicca (RYT 200) began practicing yoga 5 years ago. Coming from an athletic background, her main attraction to it was for the physical benefits. As her practice grew and developed she became more interested in what else yoga had to offer. Alicca completed her teacher training with Boston Yoga School at O Yoga in Syracuse. From this program, Alicca obtained a wealth of knowledge on proper breathing, alignment and the mental benefits of yoga that she now incorporates into her classes. Her teaching style is caring and informative, focusing highly on structural alignment in each pose to ensure the safety of her students. Her classes are well balanced, offering both challenging and relaxing aspects that are suitable for both the beginner and more advanced student.
