Christina (RYT 500) has been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2012. She teaches alignment based flow, yin yoga, and yoga for athletes. Christina’s classes emphasize mindful movement and breath, utilizing progressive sequencing to gently grow forward. She endeavors to provide a comfortable, safe space for people to slow down and open up to the peace and possibility within. She has been blessed to practice with, and learn from, a number of talented yoga practitioners and teachers; her primary teacher is Christina Sell. Off the mat, Christina works at a legal aid office and enjoys reading, photography, cycling, and running.
