I’m Jill Hayes and I absolutely love sharing the wonderful practice of yoga! I started doing yoga in 2002 when I became pregnant with my first child. At the time, I simply wanted gentle exercises and breathing techniques to help me feel better throughout my pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. After returning to work, I continued yoga to help alleviate the stress and anxiety of  owning and running a business, being in the public eye and being a full-time mom. Little did I know that yoga would turn into a lifelong, loving practice that continues to help me today, both physically and mentally. As my children grew and began to feel the pressures of the pre-teen and teenage years, I instinctively shared yoga with them and their friends. It has become my passion and I left the business world to become a certified yoga instructor. Through my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga for Teens certification, and Aerial Yoga certification, I gained the knowledge and confidence to safely instruct both adults and teens yoga and meditation. My hope is that I can help bring strength, calm and clarity to a very hectic and fast paced world. Join me and begin to feel what yoga can do for you.
