Megan’s love of yoga started with the physical benefits of the practice and grew when she started incorporating meditation regularly. Yoga has been a part of her life for over five years, and gave her a chance to focus on herself and get out of her own way. She recently completed her 200hr teacher training with ERYMT, Diane Speer at In Bloom Yoga Studio, and is excited to provide an opportunity to find joy and peace in an increasingly busy and fast-paced world.
