The yoga and meditation practices offered by the instructors at In Bloom Yoga are designed to address employee wellness in two ways: mindfulness and movement.

Mindfulness

Meditation has a long researched history of improving one’s relationship with stress, exhaustion and feelings of being overwhelmed. Our mindfulness techniques involve a wide range of sitting, standing and moving meditation practices, writing, critical thinking and problem solving. Our instructors are fully trained to lead techniques specific to your teams and processes in order to more effectively manage stress and anxiety while increasing focus, productivity and morale.

Movement

Thousands of healthcare dollars go toward addressing conditions brought about by poor posture, prolonged periods of sitting and developing unhealthy movement patterns. Our movement programs are designed to isolate postural habits, address their source and move in a way that counters them. We offer a variety of different yoga practices, from mat to chair based programs, as well as addressing work station ergonomics and proper posture.
