What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial Yoga is a unique and exhilarating form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a soft fabric hammock, suspended from the ceiling. This practice allows you to perform poses that may be difficult to achieve on the mat, providing support and enabling a deeper stretch.
