It’s my first time doing yoga! I’m looking for a slow paced class with lot of detail and instruction. I need a class where it’s not assumed that I know all the pose names, where the teacher is patient and explanatory.

  • Slow Flow
  • Yoga Foundations
  • Yoga Basics and Beginners
  • Spirit & The Spectrum
  • Community Class
  • Private Yoga (available by request)

I have a general idea of what yoga is, but I’m looking to explore it further. I’m familiar with the pose names, what the poses look like, and how to move from one to another. Or I am an athletic beginner with prior movement practices (dance, functional training, strength training) and I’m looking to bring that to yoga.

  • Lunchtime Flow
  • Vinyasa Flow
  • The Total Practice
  • Morning Yoga
  • Sunrise Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Slow Flow
  • Aerial Yoga

I have a strong, consistent practice. I know the pose names like the back of my hand. I don’t need detailed instruction, but I love learning deeper things about the practice, like refined alignment, breath work, advanced variations, chanting, etc.

  • Ashtanga Half Primary
  • Hot Yoga
  • Ashtanga Vinyasa
  • Hot Power Hour

I want to explore my spiritual side. I love singing, chanting and meditating. I’m looking to explore a deeper truth through my yoga practice through the use of singing, meditation, poetry and inward reflection.

  • Kundalini Yoga
  • The Total Practice

I’m looking to relax completely. I want to let go of the stresses of my daily life and melt into a yoga practice. I don’t want to work too hard; instead, I want to use this a restorative time for me.

  • Restorative Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Aerial Nidra Yoga
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Sound Healing
  • Breathwork

Im interested in trying hot yoga for the first time. Can you tell me what hot yoga is?

Hot yoga is a style of yoga performed in a heated room, typically between 90-105°F (32-40°C). The heat helps to increase flexibility, promote detoxification through sweating, and improve cardiovascular health.

In Bloom Yoga offers a range of heated and hot yoga classes, all conducted in our specially designed hot studio. The studio features radiant floors and infrared heaters on the walls to ensure a consistent and comfortable temperature. Our heated classes typically range from 85-90 degrees, while our hot classes are set at temperatures of 90 degrees and above.

What should I bring to class?

You’ll need a yoga mat, a towel (or two), and a large bottle of water. Wearing lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing is also recommended.

Is hot yoga suitable for beginners?

In Bloom offers beginner-friendly heated yoga classes. Just be sure to listen to your body and take breaks when needed. It’s important to stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.
