Jordan first found yoga in 2012 when she was looking to add balance and flexibility to her workout routine. What she also found was relief from subconscious anxiety. By aligning her breath, mind, and body; her thoughts, heart, and relationships began to transform. Yoga became an outlet for whenever feelings of anxiety arose. During a transitional phase of her life, her passion for Yoga and the philosophy behind it became re-ignited as it became a constant in her life. She then became certified in 2023 completing the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at In Bloom. Jordan enjoys creative but accessible flows and transitions that push her out of her comfort zone. She wants her students to feel a deeper connection to their body, minds, and breath through subtle shifts in awareness. In her spare time you can find Jordan taking walks in nature, exploring restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
